Five years ago, Lindsay Segbers came out to California from St. Louis to train on the bike...thank goodness she missed her return flight and decided to stay.  Not only is she a valued racer on our squad, but also a gifted massage therapist who began to sponsor this season.

At age 15, Lindsay received a massage and knew would one day she would work in the healing arts.  She attended National Holistic Institute (NHI)from 2006-2007 and became certified in Integrative Massage Therapy. Her studies were extensive, with both Western and Eastern techniques and philosophies addressed and practiced.

Lindsay enjoys working with people and participating in their healing process.  Her favorite type of client is someone who is open to optimizing their health and lifestyle.  She draws from a wide variety of techniques to customize her approach with each individual, with emphasis on the interconnection of mind/body and Spirit.

She has been working in downtown Santa Rosa for about 1 1/2 years, is currently located conveniently at 555 5th Street in Santa Rosa, and can be reached at (707) 292-0182.  Lindsay has recently resumed her college studies at Santa Rosa Junior College and is focussing on Biology.
