On a gray and foggy day I found myself at Boggs 8 hour Mountain Bike race literally dressing on the starting line. Luckily I was rolling away with the group. So what continued was a really nice visit with me, myself and I and of course a beautiful, tough new mountain bike (soulcraft) that was a joy to ride the ENTIRE day. The single track was fantastic and I rode something like 63 miles in 7.5 hours (3rd place) which is not all that bad and helps ramp me towards the: CREAM PUFF. Thanks Kim for covering my volunteer slot. Also, Ill be riding the 12 Hours of Weaverville which is coming up soon if anyone is interested let me know. Pauline.
